Every member walks a ladder of ranks — from the first lamp kindled to the beacon lit high. Each rank carries its own tagline, tests, and set of badges to earn along the way.

Beacon of Light

Light the way

Capstone rank. Plan and lead a Beacon of Light Project, train two rising leaders, and leave the path lit for the next Saint.

    Earned the Ensign rank.
  2. 2
    Earned 30 badges total: 21 BOL Required + 9 Elective.
  3. 3
    Explain the Covenant Path.
  4. 4
    Explain the roles of the office of Elder.
  5. 5
    Ordained a Priest.
  6. 6
    Maintain a Participation Rate of 60% or greater.
  7. 7
    Service Hours: 60 hours minimum, not including the BOL Service Project.
  8. 8
    Must not be 18 years old at time of award.

Spiritual Badge Count: Source spreadsheet labels Spiritual as (6) but lists 7 candidate badges. Confirm final list before publishing.

Recognition: Beacon of Light is the highest rank in the Saints Global program. All listed approvals must be obtained prior to award.

Merit Bars

As a Junior Saint earns additional skill badges inside their current rank, they're awarded bronze, silver, and then gold merit bars — worn above the rank patch on the uniform as a visible mark of extra effort.

Ages 7–11

Step onto the trail

Every Junior Saint starts here. The joining rank — first patch, first pledge, first meeting.

    Recite the Saints Oath & Testament with your Patrol.
  3. 3
    Recite the Saints Motto & Slogan and explain why they are important.
  4. 4
    Demonstrate the Saint Sign, Salute, and Saint Grip and explain when & why they would be used.
  5. 5
    Learn about the Covenant Path and identify key milestones on the path.
  6. 6
    Learn what the DPAR Method is and explain why setting goals is important to your personal growth.
  7. 7
    Learn the Junior Saint Code of Conduct & commit to the Smart Device Policy.
  8. 8
    Complete the following Parent's Guides with your parent or guardian:
    • Parent's Guide: Child Abuse.
    • Parent's Guide: Smart Device & Internet Safety.

Joining Rank: Ranger is the joining rank for all Junior Saints ages 7–11. Complete these requirements to join and earn the Ranger patch.

Recognition: A Recognition award is given if/when the youth is Baptised during their time in the program.
