Advancement
Three earnable tracks: rank progression, skill badges across the four cores, and lifetime awards. Each one is documented, signed off, and worn.
How a Saint advances
Each rank has its own requirements — service, skill badges, a leadership role. Sign-off comes from a counselor or unit leader, not a self-report. The next rank's responsibilities open up only once the prior is signed.
Complete requirements
Each rank lists exactly what it asks for — number of service hours, required badges, leadership roles, attendance.
Earn Badges
70 skill badges across the four cores. Each one requires real demonstration, not a worksheet.
Lead & Serve
Squad and unit roles, service projects Saints plan and lead, and at the top — the Beacon of Light Project.
Seven ranks, Lightbearer to Beacon of Light
From the first lamp kindled to the beacon lit high. Each rank carries its own requirements and badges.

Lightbearer
Where every Saint starts. Take the pledge, open a journal, and learn what showing up looks like.
- Recite the pledge
- Begin a personal journal
- Attend 3 meetings

Program Equipment
Handcrafted gear tied to real skill. Saints earn these items across the program — each one marks discipline, craftsmanship, and a step closer to the capstone.

War Club
Whittled by hand
Inspired by Native American craftsmanship, every Saint whittles and finishes his own war club — a rite of passage in woodworking, carpentry, and the safe handling of edged tools.

Mouse Hawk
A miniature tomahawk
Earned after proven skill with edged tools and carpentry discipline. The mouse hawk is awarded once a Saint has demonstrated mature safety habits — eligibility begins around age 14.

Tomahawk
Capstone gear
The full-size tomahawk is awarded alongside Beacon of Light — the crowning rank of the Saints Global program.
Skill badges across the four cores
Earnable patches spanning the spiritual, social, intellectual, and physical cores. Each one demands real demonstration.
Lifetime awards
Coin and medallion awards earned across years, not seasons — spiritual awards, service and heroism medals, and leadership and legacy honors.

Lightbearer Award
Recognize outstanding spiritual leadership and dedication

Armor of God Award
Honor those who stand firm in righteousness and defend truth

Covenant Path Award
Recognize dedication to following sacred covenants and ordinances

Duty to God Award
Earned twice — once at completion of Junior Saints (~age 11) and again at completion of Saints Global (~age 17). The only award that bookends the whole program.
