Our Story

A homegrown program for boys and girls ages 7–17. Built by parents and former Scouts who watched a void open and decided to fill it.

Our Mission

Our mission is to inspire young people — boys and girls alike — to live virtuous lives through adventurous, real-world experiences, centered on honoring God, family, and country.

Our Vision

Saints who keep their word at 12 — and still keep it at 40.

A generation, displaced.

In 2020, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints — for over a century the largest sponsor of the Boy Scouts of America — ended its partnership with Scouting. Hundreds of thousands of young people, and the volunteer leaders who served them, lost their structured path. Saints Global was built to meet them there, and to welcome any family looking for what that program once provided: structured growth, real recognition, and a community to grow up in.

The people behind Saints Global

A small, founding team — parents, former Scouts, and church-program volunteers — building the program they wished their own children had.

Matthew Sotiroglou

President & Founder

Eagle Scout. Service-disabled Army Infantry veteran. Former Cub Master. Father of eight. In 2020, when his son was about to age into a Cub Scout slot that no longer existed, the gap became personal — Saints Global is the program he wished his son could have joined, now built so the next generation has one.

Chief Technology Officer

Eagle Scout, returned missionary, husband, and father. Sam builds the systems that let Saints, leaders, and parents actually use the program — the portal, the badges, and the recognition that lasts.

Treasurer & Board Member

Mother of six. BYU graduate with a background spanning banking, programming, and teaching. Homeschools her own and recently served in the Young Women's program — where she saw firsthand the same gap Saints Global is built to close.

Milestones

2020

A void appears

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints — for over a century the largest sponsor of the Boy Scouts of America — ends its partnership with Scouting. Hundreds of thousands of youth, and the volunteer leaders who served them, lose their structured path. Matthew, then a Cub Master, watches his son age into a program that no longer exists.

2024

The cost shows up

Four years on, the gap is unmistakable. Smartphones, social media, and AI have moved into the space where structured development used to live. The void has a price, and a generation is paying it.

January 2025

Saints Global begins

The program is conceived: a structured, recognition-based path for boys and girls ages 7–17 — modeled on the best of what was lost, designed for what comes next.

The founding cohort

We are forming the founding cohort — families, leaders, units. The first Saints. The first ranks earned. The first Beacons of Light lit.

Parents, volunteers, and youth — we're keeping a founding-family list and looking for adult leaders for the founding cohort.
