Three uniform types, and where every patch and pin belongs.
Three uniforms, three contexts
Class A for ceremonies and courts of honor. Class B for meetings and day events. Field for camp, hikes, and outdoor work.
Class A
The formal uniform is worn at ceremonies, courts of honor, and advancement events.

Class B
The activity uniform is worn at meetings, service projects, and day events.

Field
The outdoor uniform is worn at camps, hikes, and field operations.

Insignia Placement
Each patch, pin, and award has a home on the uniform.
Left Sleeve
Position patches centered on the sleeve, starting 4 inches below the shoulder seam.
Right Sleeve
American flag at top, followed by program patch and additional earned patches.
Left Pocket
Current rank badge centered above pocket, with pins arranged neatly below.
Right Pocket
Temporary patches and special event insignia may be worn here.
