Saints Global
The main program: ages 11–17. Seven ranks, skill badges across the four pillars, and the Beacon of Light Project as the capstone. Youth-led, mentor-supported.
Leadership through real responsibility
From rank one to rank seven, the program puts real responsibility in a Saint's hands — squad roles, mentoring younger Saints, leading service projects — and lets them grow into it.
Ranks are earned, not awarded. Badges are demonstrated, not handed out. Service projects are designed and led by Saints, not assigned to them.
Leadership earned, not lectured.
Saints don't read about leadership in a workbook. They lead — from rank one to rank seven, the program puts real responsibility in their hands and lets them grow into it.
Lead from the front
Authority earned by example, not assigned. Heaviest pack, first watch, first question asked.
Teach what you've learned
The fastest way to master a skill is to teach it. Every advancing Saint mentors a younger one.
Own a project end to end
Every rank carries one — and the capstone, the Beacon of Light Project, is the proof. A Saint plans, leads, and answers for it.
Speak when it counts
Saints address peers, defend advancement before counselors, and give devotional words around the fire. Voice trained where stakes are real.
The Beacon of Light Project
Before earning the Beacon of Light — the program's final rank — every Saint plans and leads a service project of their own design. Like the Eagle Scout service project that came before it, this is a real, measurable act of leadership: a problem the Saint identifies, a plan they own, and a community that's better for it.
“The highest skill a young person can earn is the ability to make their corner of the world brighter than they found it.”
