Our Mission and Values

Why Saints Global exists, the four areas every Saint grows in, the words and signs every Saint shares — and how the program runs alongside the LDS Children and Youth program.

Purpose before program.

Mission and vision are the compass behind every badge, every camp, every Saturday morning on the trail.

Our mission is to inspire young people — boys and girls alike — to live virtuous lives through adventurous, real-world experiences, centered on honoring God, family, and country.

Saints who keep their word at 12 — and still keep it at 40.

Built on Four Pillars

Drawn from Luke 2:52 — wisdom, stature, favor with God, favor with man. The four directions every Saint grows in.

Spiritual

Favor with God. Devotion, scripture, prayer, and the work of becoming Christlike.

Social

Favor with man. Service, family, citizenship, and the people we owe a debt to.

Intellectual

Wisdom. Skills practiced, knowledge earned, and the discipline to keep learning.

Physical

Stature. The body trained, the trail walked, the work that asks for sweat.

The words every Saint learns by heart.

Every saint carries the same words, the same oath, the same virtues.

Always Ready

Just Serve

On my honor,I will do my bestTo serve God with all of my heart, might, mind and strength; To honor my family and my country; And to forever stand firm with integrity and virtuous principles.

A Disciple of Christ has:

Three gestures, one fellowship.

Small traditions that turn a circle of strangers into a community of saints.

Saints Salute

The military five-finger salute — offered in greeting, in honor, and in recognition.

Saints Sign

Raised right arm, one finger pointed up — a reminder to look unto Christ in all things.

Saints Grip

Right hand, firmest grip. The younger saint continues to hold; the elder saint lets go first.

Two programs. One continuous arc.

Junior Saints walks alongside Primary. Saints Global walks alongside Young Men and Young Women. Together, they cover the full arc of personal development from age 7 through completion.
